Moo Duk Kwan Taekwondo SA

The Club was established in 1973 and encourages people of all ages to improve their fitness, self esteem, and personal discipline

Our club encourages people of all ages. It is a traditional, disciplined approach to self defence, fitness and health with increasing numbers of very good women and child participants. Taekwondo is an excellent way to promote the development of bodily co-ordination, breathing control and balance and has all round health benefits as it includes, cardio-vascular exercise, muscle toning, stretching and relaxation training. As progress is individualised - all people are able to train meaningfully with modified programs and the use of common sense. Students are taught a variety of defence techniques, including protection against bullying, knife attack, surprise assault and rape. Young and old alike, with an age range from six to sixty plus. TRADITIONAL VALUES AND DISCIPLINE are taught along with Social Ethics and the Development of Character and Personal Integrity
